My background spans multi-unit retail leadership, organizational systems, team development, store expansion, customer experience, and operational strategy — with experience leading large-scale operations across both East and West Coast markets.

In addition to my corporate leadership experience, I currently serve as Executive Director of a women-led contemporary dance nonprofit, bringing a people-centered and creatively fluent approach to operational leadership.
