I’ve spent the past two decades helping brands grow — not just from the executive level, but from the inside out. My career began on the sales floor and evolved into leading multi-unit operations, large-scale expansions, organizational systems, and executive operations strategy for luxury retail and founder-led brands across the country.

Over the course of my career, I’ve managed teams of 150+, overseen operations for multi-million-dollar businesses, led large-scale store openings and build-outs, and developed systems that improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term scalability. Most recently, I served as Director of Operations for elysewalker, supporting operational leadership across retail, ecommerce, logistics, facilities, customer experience, and organizational growth initiatives.

My operational background spans both East and West Coast markets, including leadership roles with Theory (Fast Retailing), where I spearheaded multi-unit operations, new store openings, organizational transitions, and high-volume retail performance across California, Texas, and New York. My commitment to operational excellence earned me recognition at the Fast Retailing Global Retail Conference in Tokyo — an honor reserved for top-performing operational leaders worldwide.

But operational leadership today requires more than process management. It requires emotional intelligence, adaptability, communication, and the ability to support both people and systems simultaneously.

In addition to my corporate leadership background, I currently serve as Executive Director of MashUp Contemporary Dance Company, a women-led nonprofit arts organization focused on performance, collaboration, and community engagement. This work has deepened my ability to lead creatively driven organizations while balancing strategic growth, operational infrastructure, fundraising, partnerships, programming, and team management.
